Thank you for the compelling recap of the tragic incident that changed many lives on that solemn April day in 1995. John Norcross was my academy partner at the Gloucester County Police Academy Class #3 in 1991. Although I only knew John for a short period of time, his tenacity and work ethic still have a lasting impression and has helped me become a better Police Officer for having been in his presence. John Norcross and Jack McLaughlin were two exceptional individuals whose lives were taken away on that horrific day. May their memories be forever remembered. God Bless.
